When will I receive my booking confirmation?
You will receive an instant confirmation email as soon as your booking and payment are successfully processed online. This email contains all essential journey details and serves as your initial receipt.
Can I edit or amend my booking?
Yes. You can edit, amend, or update your booking details up to 2 hours before your pick-up time (such as contact number, pick-up time, or flight number) via the “Manage Booking” link provided in your confirmation email, or by contacting our 24/7 support team. Amendments are subject to availability and may result in a fare change.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express, MasterCard, and Visa through our booking system. Depending on the route and account type, you may also have the option to pay cash directly to the driver.
Where can I apply a discount code?
You can apply your discount code on the payment page before completing your booking
When will I receive my driver and vehicle details?
We will send your driver and vehicle details at least 1 hour before your pickup time via email and WhatsApp. This includes a tracking link with the driver and vehicle imag
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer 100% free cancellations if you cancel at least 2 hours before your pickup time.
What is the airport pickup procedure without Meet & Greet?
Once you land, your driver will contact you and provide instructions about the pickup location. After collecting your luggage, head to the designated pickup point and inform your driver when you are ready. You will receive driver and vehicle details with a tracking link at least 1 hour before pickup via email and WhatsApp.

Can I book a car seat for my child?
Yes. You can request a baby seat, child seat, or booster seat during the online booking process. Please specify the age or weight of the child. A small supplementary charge may apply for each requested seat.
