Application and recruiter screen
It’s the first stage of the job application process. At this step, you have to submit an application to us and go through a recruiter screen. We’ll review it and decide if you are the right candidate for an interview.
First round interview
If you are shortlisted for a job, you will be invited for the interview. During the first round interview, we’ll get familiar with each other. You will tell us about yourself. We will tell you about the company and answer all your questions.
Task or challenge
After the first round interview, we will give you a test task. The task is given to see how you can cope with the work and can overcome various challenges on your way. If you cope with the test task successfully, we’ll invite you for the final interview.
Final interview
The final interview is the last stage of applying for a job. At this stage, we’ll discuss all major details of the job such as your work schedule, responsibilities, salary, etc. If everything sounds good, you will get a job offer.
