There are two easy channels available to make changes to an existing booking:
1. Use Your Confirmation Email (Recommended)
When you initially booked, you received a confirmation email titled: “Your MyRyd Fixed-Price Booking Confirmation.”
This email contains a direct link to your personal Manage My Booking portal. This is the fastest way to view your details, make simple amendments, and submit a cancellation request.
2. Call Our 24/7 Support Line
If you prefer to speak directly with an agent, our support team is available around the clock to assist with edits, amendments, or cancellations.
