MyRyd offers a range of clean, low-emission vehicles to suit every need, number of passengers, and luggage requirement.

  • Saloon/Sedan: Ideal for up to 3 passengers with 2 standard suitcases and 2 hand luggage items. Great for short trips or solo travellers.

  • Estate/Wagon: Suitable for up to 4 passengers with 3 standard suitcases and 3 hand luggage items. Offers slightly more space than a Saloon.

  • MPV/Minivan (6 Seater): Best for small groups (up to 6 passengers) with generous luggage capacity (up to 6 standard suitcases).

  • 8 Seater Van: Designed for larger groups (up to 8 passengers) with significant luggage needs (up to 8 standard suitcases).

Tip: Always check the luggage allowance displayed on the booking form for your selected vehicle to ensure everything fits comfortably.

The most suitable vehicle depends primarily on two factors: the number of passengers and the amount of luggage.

  • For trips with minimal luggage and 1-3 people, a Saloon is efficient and cost-effective.

  • For families or business groups of 4 or more, or if you have excessive baggage (e.g., ski equipment, large pushchairs), an MPV or 8 Seater Van is highly recommended to ensure comfort and safety.

  • Always book a vehicle where all luggage can be safely stored in the boot, not in the cabin.

MyRyd provides maximum flexibility and security for payment:

  • Online Payment: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) securely processed through our online booking system as well as PayPal.

  • Cash to Driver: You may be able to select the option to pay the fare directly to the driver in cash upon completion of the journey. Please note that this option may not be available for all routes or account types.

  • Account Holders: Business or corporate account holders can utilize their credit facility for invoicing and reconciliation.

Our Meet & Greet service is designed for a seamless, stress-free arrival at the airport.

Upon selecting this option, your professional MyRyd driver will:

  • Track your flight and adjust the pick-up time automatically if delayed.

  • Wait for you inside the airport terminal, usually near the Arrivals Hall exit.

  • Hold a name board displaying your name (or company name).

  • Assist you with your luggage directly to the vehicle.

This service includes complimentary waiting time (typically 30-60 minutes after landing, depending on the airport).

You will receive an instant confirmation email as soon as your booking and payment are successfully processed online. This email will contain all the critical details of your journey, including:

  • Booking reference number

  • Pick-up and drop-off addresses

  • Date, time, and flight details

  • Selected vehicle type and total fare paid

  • Your complimentary waiting time (e.g., 60 minutes for international arrivals) begins after your flight has officially landed.

  • If your flight is delayed, we will automatically track the new arrival time, and there is no extra charge for the delay itself.

Our free cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible.

  • Standard Booking: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
